HighestYou is a personal development and wellness coaching platform that provides daily lessons, journaling prompts, quizzes, and affirmation tools based on Dr. Suzette Clements' methodology.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, affirmations, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by HighestYou, including lessons, quizzes, and methodology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reproduce or redistribute our content without authorization
- Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others
